Once our applications have closed, the People and Culture team will assess all applications and conduct initial screening interviews on Zoom.

Successful candidates will be invited to our Assessment Centre, which includes a panel interview alongside psychometric and personality testing.

Reference checks will be conducted.

The selection Panel will review all candidates based on merit, taking into consideration all aspects of the selection process.

Formal offers will be issued to successful candidates.
